Job Description/Skills Required
- • Investigating activities on units • Weekly transaction of 300 to 400 activities refer to each System ID • Communicating with Field Engineer, DOS and Vendor Management Team where ever field of vendor service confirmation is required on closed activities for data correction • Correcting Uptime data in Siebel • Record all correction done in Siebel for activities in the correction tracker and share it with process owner on agreed time period Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications • Bachelors degree in any stream (Non B.tech or B.E applications invited) • MS Office (specially excel) • Good communication in English Preferred qualifications • MS Office (specially excel)
