🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support for IT issues related to applications, networks, or systems
- Handle queries through phone, chat, email, or in-person walk-ins
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents effectively within defined SLA
- Document all issues and resolutions in the incident management system
- Escalate complex issues requiring immediate attention
- Communicate clearly with users and provide timely updates on issue status
- Maintain high customer service standards and follow ITSM practices
- Work in 24×7 shifts including rotational offs and holidays
🧠 Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic understanding of Windows/Mac OS, VDI environments
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, Active Directory, MFA, printer mapping
- Basic networking concepts: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN
- Application support knowledge: Outlook, MS Office, Zoom, O365, VPN, Browsers
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Self-driven with a passion for helping users and solving issues
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift, 24×7 environment
