🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
📊 Direct Taxes:
- Ensure timely return filing and JV processing for TDS, TCS, PF, etc.
- Manage interunit transactions, reviews, confirmations, and accounting.
📑 MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare debtors balance confirmation and interunit balance tally reports.
- MIS vs Hyperion reconciliations for Cement, RMC, BPD.
- Compile raw material aging reports, working capital variance, and inventory reconciliations.
🧾 Provision Accounting:
- Maintain and post all provisional entries unit/department-wise.
- Raise debit notes and ensure timely JV postings.
📘 General Accounting:
- Upload finished goods, RM, and fuel quantities in CFD formats.
- Ensure data accuracy in Hyperion.
🔒 Risk Management & Governance:
- Ensure error-free record updates and data sanity in systems.
🤝 Stakeholder Management:
- Clarify queries related to entries and reports.
- Engage proactively with internal teams.
✅ Important Notes:
- Carry a valid government ID for security clearance.
- Do not bring laptops to the venue.
- Helmet is mandatory if arriving by two-wheeler.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of taxation, general ledger, MIS, and R2R process
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Hyperion is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
