💼 Job Role: Associate Analyst (AML/KYC)

Wipro is hiring experienced analysts for its Banking Risk & Compliance division. Candidates with hands-on experience in AML, KYC, Sanctions Screening, Transaction Monitoring, CDD, and other compliance workflows are preferred.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Perform AML and sanctions screening to identify suspicious customer behavior.

• Handle transaction monitoring, customer due diligence (CDD), and risk analysis.

• Review and validate KYC documents and customer profiles according to regulatory guidelines.

• Identify potential red flags, compliance breaches, and escalate cases when necessary.

• Work in night shifts, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.

• Maintain detailed audit trails and complete tasks within SLAs.

• 4–8 years of experience in AML/KYC/Sanctions screening

• Strong background in Transaction Monitoring, CDD & Compliance Operations
