📝 Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via inbound voice calls

Resolve issues effectively and ensure first-call resolution

Maintain service quality and adhere to client SLAs

Deliver high customer satisfaction and timely support

Document customer interactions and follow-up as required

Collaborate for continuous process improvements
📌 Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates in: B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc
(Excluding: B.Sc IT, Stats, Math Hons., Eco Hons.) -
MBA, B.Tech, and BE graduates must have a minimum of 6 months BPO experience
