🔍 Position: Subject Matter Expert – Record to Report (R2R)

• Experience Required: 4 – 8 years in BPO (General Accounting preferred)

• Salary Range: ₹3.5 – ₹7 LPA

• Shift: US Shift (Night shift)

• Job Location: Hyderabad

• Education Required:

  • UG: B.Com

  • PG: M.Com, MBA/PGDM (Finance), or CA

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service delivery for R2R processes like Reconciliations & Journals

• Ensure zero surprises in process performance and client delivery

• Drive standardization, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Manage teams effectively and lead performance appraisals

• Act as the L1 escalation point and single point of contact for the process

🔑 Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team motivation experience

• Excellent communication (verbal & written)

• Flexible with work responsibilities and US shift timings

• Proficient in desktop tools and workflow management

• Expertise in General Accounting, including:

  • Fixed Assets

  • Intercompany

  • Financial Period End Closing

  • Reporting using Oracle Applications
