Wipro is hiring Service Desk Engineers to provide technical support for end users. This role involves troubleshooting IT issues, handling service requests, and ensuring efficient incident management. Open to working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist end users with IT-related issues via phone, chat, email, or walk-ins
✔ Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical incidents efficiently
✔ Escalate high-priority tickets for urgent resolution
✔ Maintain accurate logs and document issue resolutions
✔ Provide support for Windows, Mac OS, and VDI environments
✔ Ensure adherence to ITIL Framework and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
✔ Troubleshoot basic networking issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, Active Directory)
✔ Support applications like MS Outlook, Office 365, Zoom, Jabber, and web browsers
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
✅ Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk roles
✅ Basic understanding of networking, VPN, and Active Directory
