🔹 Job Overview:
Infosys BPM is hiring experienced Talent Acquisition professionals for its Bangalore location. This role involves managing recruitment operations for global clients, utilizing sourcing techniques, and handling the entire hiring cycle from job posting to offer rollout.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Create, post, and manage job requisitions on HRMS/ATS tools (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo, etc.)
✔ Source candidates via referrals, recruitment events, and job boards like LinkedIn, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters
✔ Build and manage talent pools for high-volume and evergreen positions
✔ Conduct preliminary screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
✔ Handle job offers, contracts, rejections, and rescind offers
✔ Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and recruitment standards
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✅ Experience: 1 – 2 years in Talent Acquisition (International Hiring Preferred)
✅ Strong written & verbal communication skills
✅ Prior experience with global recruitment admin processes (US, EMEA, APAC)
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Computer proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
