💼 Job Role: Customer Support Associate

Handle inbound/outbound calls and email support for healthcare-related queries

Assist patients in booking appointments or addressing queries

Maintain 100% documentation accuracy in systems

Adhere to login hours (10 hours total, 9 hours production)

Work in rotational shifts (24/7 for males, day shifts for females between 6 AM – 9 PM)

Languages Required: English + Bengali / Hindi / Kannada

Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma (10+3) / Graduate / Postgraduate – All eligible

Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers welcome)

🔍 Preferred Candidate Profile
