Job Description
- Perform data analysis, modeling, and risk analytics within Product Control
- Work on financial and statistical modeling using large datasets
- Support reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Identify improvements in data reconciliation and processes
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and business teams
Key Responsibilities
Risk Analytics & Modeling
- Analyze financial data and trading activities
- Work on P&L analysis and explain variances
- Support modeling and database management
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare performance and risk reports
- Improve data reconciliation and reporting accuracy
- Resolve issues related to data and production
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Maintain model documentation and governance standards
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with global teams, compliance, and business units
- Present insights and recommendations to management
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Product Control and FICC business
- Experience with derivatives and risk measures
- Proficiency in tools: Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx
- Understanding of databases like Essbase
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Risk Analytics or related field
- Experience in banking/financial services preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to structured/exotic derivatives
- Experience in global financial teams
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle, P&L attribution, and reconciliation
