Job Role or Description
- Ready to work in Rotational Shift in application production support environment, primarily supporting L3 function while providing full support to L1/L2 team as and when needed and take the lead for overall team wherever required
- Has good understanding of production Support Response and Resolution SLAs and has exposure to Ticketing tool such as Service Now (SNOW)
- Overall 3 Yrs. of Experience in Hyperion Essbase and Planning with Application Development or support process
- Sound knowledge on Linux OS environment required.
- Expertise in writing calculation Manager rules and calculation Scripts
- Experience in developing Hyperion Forms, Task Lists, menu and smart lists
- Sound knowledge in Smart view and its usage for the business purposes.
