- Education: B.Com/BBA/MBA/M.Com
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Finance & Accounting (F&A), with at least 2 years in GL/R2R
- Skills: SAP experience is mandatory; strong people management, analytical, and process transformation skills
- Preferred: CA/CPA qualifications or intermediate accountants
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the R2R team, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding operational matters
- Train team members and oversee knowledge management initiatives
- Drive process improvements and transformation projects
