Eligibility Criteria:

• 15+ years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).
• Non-Technical Graduation in any stream (Finance/Accounts stream preferred).
• Comfortable working in US & Night shifts.
• Education: B.Com in Commerce, MBA/PGDM in Finance, M.Com in Commerce

Job Description:

• Preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Creation, distribution, and maintenance of standard GL, FA, INV, Intercompany Transaction reports.
• Ensuring data integrity and preparing financial information as required.
• Month-end activities of the general ledger.
• Preparation of account analysis/reconciliations on a timely basis.
• Provide commentary for balance movement and root cause analysis.
• Identify and present solutions for process improvements.

Skills Required:

• Sound accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
