Position: Record to Report Manager
Level: DM/Manager
Education: CA/CA Inter
Experience: 4+ years for CA & 7+ years for CA Inter
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements at quarter and year-end as per IFRS/INDAS requirements.
- Conduct Budget vs. Actual analysis and explain variances in commentary to Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in GL review role of Balance Sheet/PL analysis.
- Prepare BS and Audit schedules with accuracy.
- Handle multiple business units during month-end close/year-end.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Be self-motivated, energetic, problem-solving oriented, and result-driven.
