Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks and audits on customer interactions

Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines

Provide feedback to improve performance metrics

Assist QAs in maintaining process excellence
🧠 Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English (both written & verbal)

Strong English grammar and spelling command

Basic knowledge of auditing and quality assessment

Prior QA experience or assisting QA preferred
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Intermediate / Graduation
(B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech – NOT ELIGIBLE) -
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

Work Mode: 5 days Work from Office

Shift: Rotational including night shifts

Immediate Joiners only

Must have PC and CMM (Mandatory)
