Indorama Ventures Global Shared Services is conducting a walk-in interview for professionals with experience in Record to Report (RTR) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The company is looking for qualified candidates to fill Intercompany (IC) and Team Lead (TL) positions. Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger processing, provisioning, and bank and intercompany reconciliations.
- Ensure on-time closing of books of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules.
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for month-end and reporting activities.
- Resolve RTR and FP&A queries within defined timelines.
- Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) reports as per the monthly calendar.
- Liaise with global sites and handle internal/external audit queries.
- Contribute to knowledge management and operational excellence initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA/CMA, M.Com, or B.Com.
- Experience: 4-10+ years of relevant experience in RTR and FP&A, preferably with exposure to shared service operations and the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with ERP tools like S4 HANA is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts and work from office mode.
- Early joiners will have an advantage.
