Job Description – Accounts Payable Associate
We are looking for skilled Accounts Payable professionals with 1 to 4 years of experience in US Accounting. The role involves handling end-to-end AP processes, vendor management, and payment cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable processes as per US accounting standards
- Process vendor invoices, ensure approvals, accuracy, and compliance
- Manage payment runs, resolve discrepancies, and vendor queries
- Assist in monthly closing & reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal teams & vendors for timely payments
Key Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable (US Accounting mandatory)
- Proficiency in accounting software & ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail & good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
