- Moderate content and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Deliver tasks within SLA/TAT with focus on quality.
- Ensure accurate data is updated on the system.
- Handle client deliverables with zero escalations.
- Work with different shifts as per business needs.
- Ensure compliance and data security guidelines are followed.
Job Expectations
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Google Maps navigation & basic geography.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute in preferred language.
- Proficient in MS Office & computer applications.
- Ability to apply theoretical knowledge into practical work.
- Strong decision-making skills with predefined policies.
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Skills Required
- Fluency in English (CEFR C1 level) and conversational Hindi.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle voice/blended processes.
- Good judgment while moderating content.
- Effective communication in written & verbal formats.
