Job Description – Customer Support Executive
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Domestic Voice Process) for handling inbound & outbound calls. Candidates must be proficient in Kannada, Malayalam, and English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls with accuracy & empathy
- Provide support in Kannada/Malayalam/English
- Maintain proper customer records in CRM systems
- Work in rotational shifts with 5-day work weeks
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication
Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Prior experience in inbound/outbound voice process preferred
- Strong grammar, sentence construction & pronunciation
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts with 2 weekly offs
