Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Record-to-Report (RTR) functions.
- Handle Bank Reconciliation and General Ledger (GL) accounting.
- Assist with month-end closing processes.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Count-if, Sum-if, conditional formatting, V-lookup, and H-lookup.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in RTR, Bank Reconciliation, and GL Accounting.
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Skills:
- Proficient in advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work Setup: Comfortable working from the Pune office.
