Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Identification:
   • Perform KYC through video calls and verify documentation.
   • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and credibility.
2. Interaction Quality:
   • Ensure detailed and precise capture of customer interactions.
   • Maintain acceptable defect rates.
3. Customer Service:
   • Provide exceptional service throughout the verification process.
   • Uphold the bank’s grooming and service standards.
4. Business Value Additions:
   • Promote digital banking services and cross-sell relevant products.
   • Profile customers for effective cross-servicing.
5. Audit & Service Quality:
   • Follow all laid-down processes as per audit guidelines.
   • Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Preferably Male.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts (10:00 AM to 12:00 AM), including weekends and bank holidays.
• Education: Any graduate.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
