Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive/Manager – Accounting (Night Shift)
Location: Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai (All Areas)
Date & Time: 27 July 2024, 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Venue: 601, Platinum Techno Park, Bhagwan Mahaveer Rd, Sector 30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703

Roles & Responsibilities:

Executive/Senior Executive Accounting (Night Shift):

• Knowledge of import/export operations.
• Invoicing experience in any domain.
• Validating invoices and resolving disputes.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
• Graduation in Commerce, Business Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Accounts Payable:

• Knowledge of accounts payable.
• Experience in SOA reconciliation of ship liners.
• Validating payments and handling ship liner queries.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
• Graduation in Commerce, Business Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Manager Accounting (Night Shift):

• Cash flow management and monthly accounts finalization.
• Communication with departmental heads and assisting CFO.
• Verifying vendor invoices and processing payments.
• Payroll verification and collection from customers.
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances and G/L accounts.
• Ensuring accurate billing and timely payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2 to 10+ years of experience in a senior financial/accounting position.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
