Job Description/Skills Required
- Work closely with Investor Relations team in preparing dashboards and presentation
- Monitor key metrics such as stock turn, return-on-investment etc., at product level & store level, optimize inventory to improve sales
- Will be part of central team analysing the material movement processes, inbound & outbound flow of items from warehouse, identify the bottlenecks and resolve it
- Work closely with category team, plan inventory as per seasonal demands, get consensus on forecasted demand and oversee the procurement process
- Build forecasting model to predict demand, research & update the demand drivers, and improve the accuracy of the forecast.
- Monitor the performance of supply chain processes & optimise warehouse inventory and drive initiatives to improve it
- Take data driven decisions and drive stakeholder buy-in through discussions and negotiations.
