Job Role: International Voice Process – Customer Support
As a part of the Customer Support vertical, you will:
- Handle customer queries and escalations effectively.
- Resolve complaints and close issues within defined SLAs.
- Provide professional, timely, and customer-centric solutions.
- Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Deliver quality service that enhances customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–5 years in international customer support (Voice process).
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (both eligible).
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Quick learner with results-driven approach.
