🔹 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer interactions efficiently with minimal idle time.
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance such as RSAT, AHT, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Achieve performance metrics at both individual and team levels.
- Stay updated with process changes and adapt accordingly.
- Implement feedback and corrective measures to improve performance quality.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience:
- 0–5 years in International Customer Service (Voice process preferred).
- Fresher Eligibility: Graduates from B.Com, B.A, BBA, BBM, BAF, BBI, BMS, B.Sc (except IT & CS) – 2024 & 2025 pass-out batches.
- Not Eligible: BE/BTech and Postgraduate candidates.
- Education: Minimum HSC with 18 months of BPO experience or any Graduate with at least 12 months of experience.
- Documents Required: All educational and employment documents are mandatory.
- Other Requirements:
- Flexible to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Salary credit proof (through bank transactions; no cash-in-hand salaries accepted).
