As an Associate Relationship Manager under Rural Banking, you’ll drive customer acquisition, home loan/LAP product sales, and client servicing across key markets in Andhra Pradesh.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Identify new customers through cold calling, canopy activities, leaflet distribution, etc.

Service leads generated through sales or cross-sell channels

Guide clients throughout the loan lifecycle — from login to disbursement

Assist collections in recovering EMIs to avoid customer defaults

Build and maintain relationships with local builders, business communities, and other channel partners

Meet targets related to sales, income generation, and client acquisition
