🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the branch welcome desk

• Handle cash, assist in basic banking operations, and respond to customer queries

• Educate customers about digital banking and payment options

• Promote migration to direct banking channels

• Ensure audit-ready compliance in the welcome desk area

• Assist branch in achieving sales & service targets

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred; freshers with good communication skills are welcome

• Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Basic banking knowledge preferred
