🧩 Job Responsibilities

Handle US Payroll & Time & Attendance processes end-to-end

Collaborate with onshore teams and clients on a daily basis

Identify process gaps and automation opportunities

Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and compliance

Partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Manage client interactions and presentations professionally

Deliver high accuracy in data processing and reporting
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any graduate (Except Law)

Experience: Minimum 18 months in International Voice Process / HRO / Payroll

Preferred Skills:

Prior exposure to ERP tools

Good analytical & communication skills

Experience in Payroll Consulting/Operations/Implementation
