📋 Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead Record to Report (R2R) operations including book closures, statutory payments, reconciliations, and audits
-
Drive process standardization and automation across finance operations
-
Review provisions, statutory returns, GL schedules, and creditor/debtor reconciliations
-
Liaise with internal/external auditors and ensure timely audit closures
-
Prepare performance dashboards and MIS reports
-
Ensure timely filings for MSME, TDS, TCS, and other tax compliances
-
Mentor and manage the R2R team, optimize productivity, and enforce process controls
-
Collaborate across units to implement best practices, drive operational excellence, and enable digital transformation
🌟 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in shared services (F&A) or R2R domain
-
Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
-
Ability to work across teams and manage service delivery for multiple business units

Familiarity with ERPs, process automation, and audit readiness
