📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up with US insurance providers
- Analyze and resolve denied claims
- Work with CMS 1500 claims, modifiers, and resubmissions
- Apply Hoopa Guidelines and insurance policies for accurate billing
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and reduce denials
- Maintain quality documentation and meet performance benchmarks
🎯 Who Can Apply:
- Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of RCM, AR calling, or Denial Management is a plus
