Job Description/Skills Required
Job Responsibility-:
- AR knowledge : Cash apps ,Billing, Daily Balancing of payments received via different sources, reconciliations etc.
- *1-3 years of hands on experience in O2C, Cash Application function
- *Understanding of Lockbox, ACH, Wire and Balancing(Daily, Monthly and Quarterly)
- * Responsible for timely and accurate application of customers payments to their accounts in ERP
- *Review daily bank reports to identify customer payments from customers
- *identify, analyze and either resolve all types of payment exceptions d
- *Perform approved account adjustments as required (bad debt write-offs etc) within assigned time frames
- *Perform reconciliation of daily bank deposits to cash posted in ERP
- *Review unapplied cash to identify root cause and take necessary action
- * Responding to customer enquiries
- *Follow-up with internal/ external customers for information/ query resolution
