About the Role
As an AAM/AM – Liabilities, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving business targets related to liability products (CASA, savings, current accounts, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Achieve set targets on liability acquisition and customer conversion.

Acquire new customers through open market, leads, and referrals.

Maintain and manage a database of potential clients and prospects.

Work with field teams to convert loan customers into liability customers.

Cross-sell secured loan products and other bank offerings.

Share market feedback and customer insights with the Sales Manager – Liabilities.

Enhance customer engagement by promoting digital and alternate banking channels.

Support customer onboarding and assist in product activation.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in CASA or liability sales.

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Stream).

Age Limit: Up to 34 years.

Strong communication, field sales, and customer relationship management skills.
