Job Description
WNS is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for Customer Service Associates (Email Process) supporting international airline clients.
This is a work-from-office role involving email-based customer communication to deliver excellent service and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Draft professional and accurate email responses to customer queries and complaints.

Provide top-quality customer service for an international airline process.

Handle customer grievances and ensure resolution within defined turnaround times.

Maintain compliance with airline service quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide quick and effective resolutions.
Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Strong email writing and comprehension abilities.

Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
