Job Description
Join Infosys BPM’s Digital Supply Chain team as a Process Executive (JL 2) and work on Order Management for global clients.
You’ll ensure accurate order processing, support client communication, and maintain smooth operational flow across digital supply chain systems.
Key Responsibilities

Manage order processing, validation, and updates in internal systems.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order-related resolutions.

Respond to client queries via email/chat professionally and promptly.

Maintain accurate reports and documentation for all order activities.

Collaborate with teams to meet SLA and process compliance standards.

Participate in process improvement and learning initiatives.

Basic Excel proficiency – data entry, formulas, sorting, and reports.
