As a Phone Banking Inbound Officer, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, account queries, and service requests over phone calls while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and resolve account-related queries

Provide accurate information about products and services

Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Promote the bank’s financial products through inbound conversations

Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate banking channels

Help retain customers and manage relationships effectively

Mentor and guide new team members
🧠 Skills & Requirements

Fluent in English communication (confidence is key)

Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, Bengali, or Punjabi is an added advantage

Strong customer handling and communication skills

Basic understanding of banking operations preferred
