🧾 Job Description

As a Phone Banking Inbound Officer, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, account queries, and service requests over phone calls while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve account-related queries

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

• Promote the bank’s financial products through inbound conversations

• Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate banking channels

• Help retain customers and manage relationships effectively

• Mentor and guide new team members

🧠 Skills & Requirements

• Fluent in English communication (confidence is key)

• Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, Bengali, or Punjabi is an added advantage

• Strong customer handling and communication skills

• Basic understanding of banking operations preferred

• Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2 years) can apply
