🔍 Job Description
As an Analyst – Corporate Actions, you will be responsible for managing, processing, and reconciling both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions for international clients. This position requires a strong understanding of capital markets operations and a meticulous approach to detail and compliance.
🧾 Key Responsibilities

Manage and process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions

Process instructions for voluntary events

Calculate and post entitlements on Ex-Date/Expiration Date

Process payments on Payable Date
-
Perform cash and stock reconciliations for corporate actions
-
Handle corporate action claims and ensure timely resolution
-
Keep SOPs updated with any procedural changes
-
Understand tax implications and rate impacts on each event

Ensure compliance with all event dates (Ex-Date, Record Date, Pay Date)

Maintain accuracy and efficiency across daily reconciliations

Work with international clients to ensure seamless operations
🎯 Required Skills & Competencies

Solid understanding of Corporate Actions lifecycle

Hands-on experience with reconciliation process

Strong Excel proficiency (Formulas, Data Analysis, etc.)

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shift)

Ability to handle high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment
