Role Summary
The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and achieving branch liability targets through field sales, referrals, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new CASA customers through open market activities, referrals, and branch-generated leads.
- Convert existing unsecured loan customers into liability customers.
- Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer requirements.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
- Guide customers through account opening, KYC documentation, and verification.
- Promote the usage of digital banking channels, ATMs, and Banking Correspondents (BCs).
- Achieve branch targets for CASA, Term Deposits (TD), and other liability products.
- Maintain prospect databases and follow up with potential customers.
- Coordinate with branch, loan, operations, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms and internal banking processes.
