Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.

- Mentor new officers and assist in training.
- Participate in small projects within the unit to improve service quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate with 0–5 years of experience.
- Fluent in English communication with confidence.
