Job Description – Associate (Backend US HRO)
Wipro is hiring enthusiastic candidates for Backend US Payroll process in Gurugram. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to start or grow their career in back-office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming help requests from clients via phone/email in a professional manner.
- Document user details including name, department, contact information, and issue description.
- Learn product details for better client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Track, record, and resolve queries as per SLA requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs and records following company guidelines.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 6 – 36 months of experience in back-office/data management.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Education Criteria:
- Any 3-year graduate – BA/B.Com/B.Sc (non-technical), MA, M.Com, Part-time MBA/PGDM.
- B.Tech and MBA freshers are not eligible.
Additional Details:
- Fixed evening shift (5 days working, Sat & Sun off).
- Both side cab facility provided.
- 1-year service agreement (mandatory).
