Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Vehicle Monitoring
- Monitor vehicle movement and shipment status using tracking systems.
- Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors regarding delayed deliveries.
- Make approximately 100 calls per shift to drivers and vendors for shipment updates.
- Provide estimated arrival times (ETA) and update stakeholders on delivery status.
- Take proactive action to minimize transportation delays.
Proof of Delivery (POD) & E-Bill Management
- Verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Follow up on pending or incomplete PODs with drivers and vendors.
- Resolve POD-related discrepancies.
- Ensure timely vendor billing and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
Vehicle Placement
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and project teams for timely vehicle placement.
- Ensure dispatches are completed only after verifying printed LR (Lorry Receipt) copies.
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with transporters, warehouse teams, drivers, and customers.
- Share shipment updates and coordinate transportation activities.
- Resolve operational issues proactively.
Issue Resolution
- Identify shipment tracking issues and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges quickly.
- Maintain accurate tracking records and operational reports.
Customer Support
- Respond to stakeholder queries related to shipment tracking, POD, e-Bills, and trip management.
- Provide timely transportation updates.
- Ensure compliance with logistics documentation and transportation regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and logistics software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
