- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) growth.
- Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, and other banking products.
Lead Generation
- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop relationships with retailers, SMEs, and individual customers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete KYC documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and bank policies.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Share market insights and business opportunities with management.
