- Identify and acquire High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Cross-sell banking products and financial services to existing customers.
- Generate business through open market sales and field visits within the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly sales and business acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Drive branch business growth through customer engagement and relationship management.
