Join the Customer Experience team and make a meaningful impact by assisting Torrent Power customers in resolving their concerns. This role involves both walk-in support and call/email-based assistance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through walk-ins, calls, and emails.

Provide accurate information on billing, payments, and electricity services.

Use MS Office tools to prepare reports and meet daily deliverables.

Maintain professionalism and prompt response in every customer interaction.
