Sutherland is hiring Intellectual Property Content Moderators for its non-voice backend team. This role involves reviewing and moderating content for copyright, trademarks, IP appeals, and content violations in line with global IP policies.
✅ Responsibilities:

Moderate user-generated content for IP policy compliance

Analyze and resolve copyright & trademark issues

Manage IP appeals and document actions

Ensure all content decisions meet legal & client standards
✅ Eligibility & Skills:

Experience: 1-5 years in IP Content Moderation (Mandatory)

Education: Graduation NOT mandatory

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Excellent written communication

Prior experience with IP-related moderation processes
