Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com / BBA / MBA
- LLB / Diploma / CA candidates not eligible
- Experience: Relevant experience in AP / RTR / OTC
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
- Work mode: Work from Office (Jaipur)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable (AP)
- Invoice processing (PO & Non-PO)
- 3-way matching, GRN handling
- Invoice auditing & payment processing
- ERP tools (SAP/Navision preferred)
2. Record to Report (RTR)
- Month-end close & journal entries
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Financial reporting (quarterly/annual)
- Intercompany accounting
- Handling accruals, prepayments, etc.
3. Order to Cash (OTC)
- Accounts receivable management
- Cash application & collections
- Handling customer discrepancies
- Remittance tracking & reconciliation

Key Skills Required
- Strong accounting knowledge
