Role & Responsibilities

Sales of Current Account and Non-Deposit Products.

Cross-selling of Mutual Funds, Insurance products, and banking services.

Generate fee income and meet sales targets.

Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to audit norms.

Drive branch administration, team productivity, and overall morale.

Handle branch P&L and break-even responsibilities.

Build strong customer relationships ensuring customer delight.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams for business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: Any Graduate / MBA / CA / CAIB
✅ Experience: 0 – 4 years (Banking/Retail Sales preferred)
✅ Age Limit: Up to 30 years
