About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive (Voice/Blended Process), you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and ensuring their queries are resolved with empathy and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Customer-first attitude with willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- Education: Graduation not mandatory (any stream can apply).
