Key Responsibilities
- Review and categorize high volumes of user reviews based on sentiment, relevance and compliance with global policies.
- Identify non-genuine content, including bot-generated reviews, promotional spam and content without meaningful context.
- Differentiate between legitimate subjective opinions and content involving harassment or hate speech.
- Conduct contextual audits to identify technical mapping issues versus genuine complaints about physical business locations.
- Perform accurate data labeling to support AI models in identifying spam patterns across languages and regions.
- Moderate listings while maintaining more than 98% accuracy.
- Complete assigned listings within defined SLA/TAT requirements.
- Work independently and understand individual performance metrics.
- Track performance and make improvements based on business requirements.
- Ensure correct information is updated on the map platform.
- Work toward high user satisfaction and minimize client/customer escalations.
