🔹 1. Process Specialist – Employee Data Management
Experience: 2 – 5 years
Skills Required:
-
Hire-to-Retire HR process in SAP HCM / Workday / Oracle / SAP SuccessFactors
-
Handling new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
-
Exposure to ServiceNow and MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook)
-
Strong English communication and customer focus
Preferred: SAP HCM certification
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
🔹 2. Process Lead – HR Employee Data Management
Experience: 6 – 8 years
Responsibilities:
-
Manage a team handling HR transactions (Joiners, Leavers, Payroll updates, etc.)
-
Ensure SLA compliance, process excellence, and team productivity
-
Work on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft systems
-
Handle regional HR deliverables across APAC, EMEA, USA, LATAM
🔹 3. Learning Administrator / Senior Learning Administrator
Experience: 2 – 6 years
Responsibilities:

Upload and manage courses on LMS
-
Schedule and coordinate learning events (virtual/classroom)
-
Handle attendance, feedback, and learning analytics
-
Ensure SLA adherence and stakeholder communication
-
Experience in LMS tools, MS Excel, and event coordination preferred
🔹 4. Payroll Associate / Payroll SME / Payroll Team Leader
Experience: 2 – 10 years (based on role)
Key Skills:
-
End-to-end payroll processing (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly)
-
Gross-to-net calculations and payroll audits
-
Payroll error report handling, exception payments, and compliance
-
Knowledge of global payroll systems preferred (SAP, Oracle, ADP)

For Team Leader – experience in managing multi-country payroll teams
