💼 Job Role: Customer Support Associate – International Voice/Blended Process
Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries via calls, emails & chat

Provide timely and accurate resolutions

Ensure adherence to process guidelines

Work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
-
Meet or exceed performance metrics

Education: Graduation not mandatory

Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers welcome)

Skills:

Fluent in spoken & written English

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong PC navigation and typing skills

Shift: Rotational (24×7), with 2 rotational weekly offs
